Wild Runners – Trail Run Coaching
Do you have a trail addiction? Are you looking to improve technique and strength? Do you want to try something different and meet new people?
The trails are not only the most beautiful place to exercise, they can also be the best thing to shake you out of a running rut and take your performance to the next level, on and off the dirt.
Wild Runners sessions are more than just a “fitness” session. They also have a strong focus on improving your running through specific technique, core and strength exercises. Best of all, the runs are casual with no membership required and no weekly financial commitment. You can choose which sessions you attend without feeling guilty about a wasted membership. Check the calendar to find out the time and location of next week’s runs.
So that you can get to work on time, some of our morning sessions may begin before the sun comes up which means you’ll get to start your day off like this:
Others may be in the evening to give everyone a chance to experience the trails at night; a truly rewarding challenge which could see you meeting some of these:
If we’re running in the dark, please put safety front of mind by bringing along a head torch. If you can’t borrow one, they can be purchased from many outdoor and sporting stores for a variety of costs and quality. We love to talk gear and will happily share our personal recommendations with you.
Your first run is free so come along, find out what we are all about and have a coffee with us afterwards! Of course, one run won’t be enough and you’ll want to come back for more! A list of training prices can be found here.
All of our trail training sessions are coached by a certified Athletics Australia and Triathlon Australia coach to ensure you are training in a safe, effective and supportive environment. Let us find the best in you and take you to the next level.
If you are interested in coming along head over here to register for your free trial session.
