Wild Runners was born from a desire to share the joy of running and the beauty of our green city through nature. Both founders, Laura and Head Coach Tim have a love affair with running. Our experience ranges from 100m sprints to 100km tests of endurance. Running? Count us in!
This wonderful hobby is the perfect way to stay fit, maintain a healthy lifestyle and mostly, to feel good from the inside out. By running on the trails you can also switch off from everyday life and take some quality time to reset.
At Wild Runners, we believe running should be for everyone. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique, grow your confidence or even take your first steps from walking to running, we’ll be there with you.
We know parents and shift workers often miss out on early morning training so we have scheduled some school hours and evening training sessions. Train whilst your children are at school or take some ‘you’ time after dinner!
