Get Outdoors! Escaping the city and getting back to nature relives stress! There is no better place to be and we couldn’t have better surroundings and weather to escape the city in than Brisbane. Best of all, we have a multitude of local trails only a stones throw away from suburbia. Check a map, I’m sure you will find a bit of green near you!

If the sound of escaping the city for an hour or so gets your juices flowing why not join us for a run? None of our runs are in the stress busting city, we only run on trails! We have sessions for everybody even if you have never run before, let us help you make the first steps. Are you a seasoned runner? The our training sessions have something for you too! Join us on our Trail Lover or Mountain Goat sessions to improve you technique, build running strength or try your hand at running trails in the dark!
