I would like to try the Mon 6th July session at Toohey Forest. Where do you meet?. I run up to 10kms, but recovering from an Achilles injury which is close to 12 months now. Ready to get more into trail running and aim to do the Tour de Tambourine in November. Had to pull out last year. Would love to learn the art and techniques of trail running.
All of our sessions cater for all abilities, with us usually running to a start point and performing efforts from this spot. This means everyone gets a great workout with no one left behind or held up 🙂
We love our technique work and so we will be more than happy to help you increase your confidence on the trails. Looking forward to meeting you on Monday and the session is free to try.
