Start your week with good technique that you can carry through to the weekend. This session will improve your technique and confidence to get you running well, and feeling fitter, from the start. The session caters for all abilities from the complete beginner who wants to start their running journey well to the seasoned runner who knows that small adjustments can mean big gains.
