The Gap Trail Running Club – Brisbane

The Gap Brisbane is surrounded by great running. Whist most people living close to the city can only run out of their door onto the pavement, residents of The Gap can step out of their door onto so many fabulous running trails on Mt Cooth-tha, Enoggera reservoir and Mt Nebo. What better place to be a trail runner then that The Gap. We can’t think of many!!!

Trail running can be intimidating though and we are here to quash your fears, help you meet fellow trail lovers and get you a race PB! Our running club offers a number of different sessions so there are sessions for all abilities. For beginners we offer our “Walk to Run” program. During these sessions we will introduce you to running and get you up and running 5Km in no time. Consider us your couch to 5 km one stop shop! Our Walk to run sessions are also great for people coming back to running from injury. We will help you perfect your technique and come back injury free and stronger!

For those who already run we have our “Trail Lover” and “Mountain Goat” trail running sessions. We’ll look to perfect your running technique, build running strength and technique in these and you will see improvements in no time.
