It’s difficult enough be a parent let alone keeping fit at the same time. Group training sessions are a great way to stay fit and healthy and meet new friends at the same time but most of these sessions are in the mornings or evenings when its difficult to get away because the kids need looking after. Wild Runners recognise this and so to make sure you can get out and stay fit for your children, as well as our morning and evening sessions, we have put on training sessions during the day!
