Core Strength: Core strength is not about having a washboard stomach, it’s about being strong from your nipples to your knees. Core strength controls our posture as we run, allows us to breathe correctly and helps us to run injury free.
An alternative definition may be: Often lacking in runners.
The Wild Runners advent CALENDAR OF CORE will guide you through a core work out, that if followed, will help you to progressively increase your core strength in the lead up to Christmas so that you’ll be ready to run off that yummy Christmas pudding.

There are three levels of difficulty, as we aren’t all the same. Have a go at day one and see what level you think you are at right now. Follow this level through – don’t jump up on days you find easy; this month is all about the final goal.
