Trail Running Club – Ashgrove Brisbane
With many of our trail run trail sessions happening at Mt Coot-tha our run training sessions are only a stones throw away from Ashgrove, Brisbane and a very short drive.
Our running club offers a number of different coached running sessions with run training sessions for all abilities. For beginners we offer our “Technique” sessions that will introduce you to running and set you off on your running career with the correct form. Not only will you look good but good form means avoiding injuries as you increase the frequency or distance you run. If you are new to running we will get you up and running 5Km in no time. Consider us your couch to 5 km one stop shop! Our Technique run sessions are also great for all other abilities whether you are coming back from injury or you recognise the benefits of excellent. Our Technique session really will help you perfect your technique and run injury free!
For those who already run we also have our “Trail Lover” and “Mountain Goat” trail running sessions. During these sessions we will also look to perfect your running technique, build running strength and endurance. Join these sessions and we are confident you will see improvements in no time.
