Chapel Hill Trail Running Club
Residents of Chapel Hill live in the shadow of Mt Coot-tha and what a place to live so close to! Chapel Hill residents can step out of their door onto so many fabulous running trails, it is one of the best suburbs to live in if you enjoy escaping the city for an hour or two each morning.
Trail running can be intimidating though and we are here to quash your fears, help you meet fellow trail lovers and get you a race PB! Our running club offers a number of different sessions so there are sessions for all abilities. For beginners we offer our “Walk to Run” program. During these sessions we will introduce you to running and get you up and running 5Km in no time. Consider us your couch to 5 km one stop shop! Our Walk to run sessions are also great for people coming back to running from injury. We will help you perfect your technique and come back injury free and stronger!
For those who already run we have our “Trail Lover” and “Mountain Goat” trail running sessions. We’ll look to perfect your running technique, build running strength and technique in these and you will see improvements in no time.
