Bardon Trail Running Club – Brisbane
Bardon residents are so lucky to have Mt Coot-tha on their door step. Although it is so near many residents don’t explorer their surroundings nearly enough. With many of our trail run trail sessions happening at Mt Coot-tha our run training sessions are the ideal way to start exploring and DON’T WORRY it needn’t be hard!
Our running club offers a number of different sessions so there are sessions for all abilities. For beginners we offer our “Technique” program. During these sessions we will introduce you to good running technique and get you up and running 5Km in no time. Consider us your couch to 5 km one stop shop! Our technique sessions are also great for people coming back to running from injury. We will help you perfect your technique and come back injury free and stronger!
For those who already run we have our “Trail Lover” and “Mountain Goat” trail running sessions. We’ll look to perfect your running technique, build running strength and technique in these and you will see improvements in no time.
