ADVENT CALENDAR OF CORE: DAY 22
The Monday before Christmas, life is getting hectic, distractions are coming thick and fast and your core, like you, may be feeling the strain. Lucky, we are having yet another recovery day! Call it an early Christmas present if you will, but be warned, we still have a couple of new exercises to learn and we are resting for a reason [insert evil coaches grin]! The next couple of days aren’t going to be easy so today we are back to the walking lunge.
